This group is a succes; almost 3,000 members have contributed so far. To build further, I would like to propose to convert the 'HR Strategic Sourcing group' to an open group. This has some advantages; discussions are visible to anyone, are indexed by search engines and can be shared on Twitter and Facebook. Besides that, anyone on Linkedin can contribute to the discussion. There is, however, a small downside; current discussions will be stored into a read only archive. I will convert the group by coming weekend, unless you have strong arguments against me doing so. I will be happy to read them :-)
